Items are shipped USPS within two days of receiving your payment. If there is a holiday or another reason why I cannot meet the 2 day timeline I will email you as soon as possible.

In the USA the Post Office delivers mail and packages Monday-Saturday unless there is a Holiday.  All Post Offices are open during business hours Monday-Friday unless there is a Holiday and some locations are open for a half day on Saturday. Please keep this in mind when ordering. If you would like to do a little research you can check out the USPS website and type in my zipcode 97211 to determine prices and delivery times.

Please note that I do not work for the Post Office. I follow their shipping guidelines and will provide you with the shipping info and tracking number but once they have the package I am not able to do anything further. I will say that I have never had a major problem up to this point and have never had a package lost. All I can do is pack things well and hope my luck holds.

If your package goes missing or is damaged during shipping, please understand that I cannot be held responsible. I will not be able to replace your item with something identical. Due to the unique nature of the things I make, it would be impossible to do so. When something like this occurs, I will do my best to work with customers to find a solution that works for both of us. This does not necessarily mean I will replace your item or refund your money. It depends on the situation.

I ship within the USA and Internationally. I love being able to send my creations around the world but it is obviously more expensive to do so. I will provide as many options as possible to worldwide customers but I cannot pay for any additional expenses that your country may charge you when you receive the item. If you have any questions please feel free to email me before you order and I will do my best to help!


Scrapcycling currently accepts Pay Pal and Direct Checkout. You can use a debit card or credit card through PayPal if you like. It is not necessary to have a PayPal account to use Paypal.

Refunds and Exchanges

Returns on hair accessories are not permitted. Returns on other items are accepted within 14 days of the sale so long as the item has not been worn and is in new condition. (Trying it on is OK.) Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Please contact me before you attempt to return an item. I highly recommend reading all of the descriptions and measurements before purchasing. Please feel free to contact me with any questions you might have before ordering and I will respond as quickly as I can.

Custom work

All handmade items in my shop are unique. I do my best to make sturdy products that will stand up to wear and tear (even if they look fragile.) Irregularities and flaws are often built into my items on purpose and reflect the aesthetic I work within. However if you find something has come undone in a way that doesn’t seem intentional, please let me know so we can find a solution.

Items are made from a variety of materials. The fabric in each piece is sourced from my own project scraps as well as those that I am given. I am proud to keep these pretty pieces out of the landfill and I make each item with care in a smoke-free, pet-friendly home.

Any information that you, the customer, provides Scrapcycling.co such as name, address and email will be used by Scrapcycling.co for the sole purpose of fulfilling an order for the customer.

Scrapcycling.co will never sell or share a customer’s information with any outside parties and will not contact the customer beyond fulfilling an order or answering a customer’s questions. No customer will be subscribed to any email mailing list for Scrapcycling.co or any other party without their knowledge.
